📄 Terms of Use – DateMeet

1. Introduction

Welcome to DateMeet, operated by Reeree Services Ltd. By using our mobile application or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any related policies. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the app.

You must be at least 18 years old to use DateMeet.

2. Eligibility

You are at least 18 years old.
You are legally allowed to enter into this agreement.
You have not been convicted of a felony, sex crime, or violent offense.
You are not a registered sex offender.
You have not been banned from DateMeet or other platforms managed by Reeree Services Ltd.

3. Account and Login

You may sign up using Apple ID, Google, or email. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure.

4. User Conduct

Use DateMeet for lawful, respectful, and personal purposes.
Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
Do not harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
Do not post explicit, hateful, violent, or harmful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove your account for violating these rules.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

DateMeet offers three tiers—REGULAR (free), PREMIUM, and GOLD—each unlocking progressively higher or unlimited quotas on likes, super-likes, messages, rematches, compliments, date-events, and bids. All purchases are processed via your device’s store (App Store, Google Play, Stripe); payments are non-refundable.

6. License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of it without written permission.

7. Content & Data

You own the content you post (profiles, prompts, bids, etc.). By using DateMeet, you grant us a worldwide license to display, use, and moderate your content to provide the service. We may remove content that violates our policies or is reported by users.

8. Date Events & Bids

Users can create “date events” at restaurants (via Google Places) and others may bid on them. Free users are limited in daily bids; paid tiers remove that cap. Hosts decide which bids to accept; unaccepted bids are automatically declined.

9. Messaging & Social Features

Free users have daily limits on initial one-to-one messages and compliments; paid users have unlimited access. Mutual likes automatically convert to “matches” and are excluded from further swipe feeds. You may block or skip any user at any time.

10. Notifications & Uploads

We send push notifications (via Firebase) for new bids or messages. All media uploads (photos, audio, video) use S3 presigned URLs and are stored securely; thumbnails are auto-generated.

11. Termination

You may delete your account any time via the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, abuse, or other misuse.

12. Disclaimer

DateMeet is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee matches, availability, or success on the platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Reeree Services Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or harm from using the app.
